The Department of Technology and Automobile Transport of Mendel University in Brno invites you to the 56th International Scientific Conference focused on research and teaching methods related to vehicles and drives, held under the auspices of the Dean of the Faculty of AgriSciences prof. MVDr. Leoš Pavlata, Ph.D.
The international conference is dedicated to research topisc in the field of vehicles. A plenary session held alongside the conference will present research and development activities of universities and other scientific institutions. The conference will provide opportunities for exchanging current information and experiences in the field of vehicles and the automotive industry.
The conference will be held on the campus of Mendel University in Brno
from 4 September to 5 September 2025.
Preliminary conference program:
September 3, 2025 Arrival of participants in the afternoon, accommodation.
September 4, 2025 8:00–9:00 – Participant registration.
9:00–0:00 – Conference opening, plenary session, lunch, afternoon: visit to the Žabčice University Agriculture Enterprise, featuring a demonstration of design features of modern agricultural tractors and practical demonstrations, including soil cultivation (weather permitting), evening: social event.
September 5, 2025 9:00–13:00 – Plenary session, conference conclusion. lunch.
A detailed program will be published at the beginning of July.

The conference fee is CZK 3,500 per person. The fee includes the conference proceedings, refreshments during the conference, lunches on 4 and 5 September, and a banquet at the social evening.

Accommodation
Accommodation has been reserved in the „Akademie“ dormitories (https://skm.mendelu.cz/en/accommodation/accommodation-facilities/28369-the-academy-hall), which are located near the Botanical Garden and Arboretum of Mendel University in Brno, behind the university campus at Tř. Generála Píky 7, 613 00 Brno. The fee for accommodation in the dormitories is 600 CZK per person/night (the fee does not include breakfast).
The conference organizer only ensures room reservations. In the event of late registration for the conference and the reserved number of places in the dormitories is exhausted, the participant must arrange accommodation him/herself.
